Prices
The prices in the online shop are shown without local VAT. For Norwegian customers VAT will be added at check out.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped with the Norwegian Postal Service. If tracking is available on the parcel, you’ll get a tracking number with the email confirmation when your order has been shipped. For smaller packages tracking is often not available, and in these cases we can therefore not provide this service. Estimated time of shipping depends on the destination of the package. Please email us at hallo@osloaula.no if you’d like us to give a more detailed estimated time of shipping.
Return policy
Orders placed through our website can be returned within 30 days after purchase. The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as upon delivery, including its original packaging. If you wish to return your order, you must give us a notice within 30 days after purchase, and return the product within 14 days after you’ve received it. Any cost of returning a product is not covered by Oslo Aula. Let us know at hallo@osloaula.no if you’d like to return your order and we’ll help you.
Customs and duties
For international customers the prices are excluding VAT. Keep in mind that local taxes and other import fees may be applied after customs declaration. Oslo Aula cannot know of these costs and we recommend that you check with your local customs office to see which rates may apply to you.
Terms of service
If your order is damaged upon arrival, you must notice Oslo Aula within reasonable time after noticing the damage. There are 2 years warranty on our products from the time of purchase. If you have a complaint on your order, a receipt or other validation of purchase must be provided. Oslo Aula will cover the cost of returning a damaged product.
Privacy policy
The information provided when placing an order is treated confidential and will only be used to process your order. We will never share your information with a third party without your consent.
